Chef Kevin Becker and maître d’ Fabrizio Giunta are the founders and directors of Fosh Catering. Together, they form the perfect balance behind one of the most successful catering companies in the Balearic Islands — under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Marc Fosh.

The story began in 2002 when Kevin started working with Marc at his renowned Michelin-starred restaurant in Mallorca. His entrepreneurial spirit and early success quickly expanded into a cooking school and restaurant in Palma — laying the foundation for our luxury catering brand.

Fabrizio Giunta has over 15 years of experience in the banqueting industry. Together, Kevin and Fabrizio have built a strong and steady reputation rooted in their shared belief: “We’re only as good as our last event.”
